Finished! I did a lot of freelance this week for NYU so I rewarded myself with a fun project (which basically means anything to do with Dishonored).
8 hours in Illustrator, all vectors! Additional pictures of detail shots.
I’ve put it up as a print on my Storenvy here for those interested. Here’s the companion Outsider piece.
Finished my entry for the Woodkid poster contest! Had a lot of fun doing this, then again, can’t go wrong with deco and symmetrical layouts. Roughly 8 unfocused hours.

Last year, my cat, Samosa, had the misfortune of eating 18 in of ribbon which resulted in a trip to the pet ER (twice) and a good deal of stress for me and a large bill in the thousands. Thankfully, I have amazing friends who donated enough money to cover more than half of the bill so I sent them Thank You cards, where I die cut her mouth and inserted a ribbon at least 12 inches long because that’s how I deal with traumatic experiences with design
It’s my birthday (lol V-day) and I want as a present for you to feel fucking awesome for as long as you can. No matter if you’re single, lonely, not lonely, with someone, whatever! Do it for as long as you feel comfortable and having a fucking amazing day
Unfettered by honest labor, they rush to sordid gain, vain pursuits, and deeds of violence. Of what value are the hands that steal and kill and destroy? -Excerpt from the 3rd Scripture, Abbey of the Everyman
Yes, I am really obsessed with The Outsider. Done entirely in Illustrator, about 8 hours of vector work. Bottom is a closeup of his sexy face.

Every year (except for last), I design a holiday card to send out because I like to spread holiday cheer. These are previous years. I seem to have this weird vendetta against snowmen.

Got my Moo mini-cards today for NYCC! Feel slightly foolish including cosplay as 2 backs, but seems most of the clients I talk to (as well as coworkers) say this is a very noticeable thing about me. And admittedly, cosplay did get me a Nick internship once upon a time.
If I could design propaganda fandom posters for the rest of my life, I’d be happy. 100% vectored piece done in Illustrator. Thanks to my brother for the quote, from this painting
Feels still not properly satisfied.
PAX East 2012 Omeganaut shirt design, because I loved Omegathon even though I was only a runner-up and I love the people I met. Shirt designs includes all the memorable moments: Round 1 Xmen Arcade Game (where we spammed the Colossus yell), Round 2 Zip It (where we continued to yell like Colossus and had dubious spellings), Round 3 Dance Central, and Round 4 Crokinole.
